UCMI provides services throughout the United States. Therfore, applicants must be able to travel for extended periods of time. While the "turn around" period for the men on the road is typical to 21 days, it is not uncommon for the period to be extended based on the project and schedule. It is also expected of each applicant to comply with UCMI drug policy and submit to a pre employment drug screen as well as a random screen without notice. All employees of UCMI are expected to have their own hand tools while on site working. Borrowing of tools from others is frowned upon. The rules that we set forth protect both the employee and the employer and are set up in the best interest of both. Further rules and policies can be found in the Employee hand book section of this web site. Above, click on the "Home" icon and once you navigate to the home page you will find the "Employee Handbook".
We are looking for hard working dedicated people that are willing to do what it takes to get their job done safely and effectively. If you are not a hard worker, no need to apply.
